Oncology Nanomedicine Investment Overview

Onselex Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a U.S. biotechnology company advancing oncology nanomedicine. ONX-1006, our lead candidate, uses nanoparticle technology to deliver paclitaxel (PTX), a chemotherapy drug used for pancreatic cancer, designed to concentrate PTX in tumors while protecting normal cells.

Supported by more than 30 preclinical studies, ONX-1006 demonstrated 20% greater tumor reduction than Abraxane (current pancreatic cancer drug) at the same weekly PTX dose in a comparative animal study. ONX-1006 is IND-ready, and Onselex is preparing for an initial Phase I/IIa clinical trial in Stage IV pancreatic cancer.
